What is ŞKAF?
ŞKAF is a marketplace in Azerbaijan for buying and selling second-hand and new clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories.
How do I post an ad?
Create an account, go to the "Sell" section, add photos. The AI assistant helps fill in the title, category, and description, and you set the price yourself.
Is posting ads free?
Yes, posting ads is free. When a sale occurs, the service fee is shown during payment.
How to make an offer to a seller?
Press the "Make an offer" button on the product page or in messages. The seller can accept, reject, or send a counter-offer. A maximum of 5 new offers can be sent within 24 hours.
Can I request a discount for several items from the same seller?
Yes. When there are at least 2 items from the same seller in the cart, the "Request discount from seller" button appears.
How is payment protected?
As planned, the buyer pays, the amount is held, and transferred to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt of the item. Currently, the payment system is in test mode and real money is not transferred.
Can payment be made outside the site?
We do not recommend it. Do not share phone, card, or external payment information — ŞKAF cannot protect you in external payments.
What should I do if there's a problem?
Open a request in the Support section, select the order, and add a photo. Our team will review the request and respond.
What languages does the site support?
You can use it in Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish, and English.
How do I report or block a user?
Select "Report" or "Block" from the menu in a profile, ad, or message. A blocked user cannot message you or send offers.
