Do not pay outside ŞKAF.
Safe buying
- Only pay on ŞKAF using “Buy now”.
- Check the item when it arrives, then tap “Received”.
- If there's an issue, report it under “There's a problem” — your money is protected.
Safe selling
- Only ship the item once payment is secured.
- Don’t trust “payment screenshots” sent by the buyer — check the status on the order page.
- Use real photos and an honest description.
Payment security
- Do not pay outside ŞKAF.
- Be wary of anyone asking for payment via WhatsApp, Telegram or bank transfer.
- Don't send your card number, CVV or SMS codes to anyone.
Fraud protection
- Very low prices and pressure to act quickly are key warning signs.
- Don't open external links.
- Suspicious messages are automatically flagged and reviewed.
Report
- Use the “Report” button on a listing, profile or message.
- Block the user if needed — they won't be able to message you.
Account security
- Use a strong, unique password.
- ŞKAF never asks for your password or code.
- Change your password if you suspect anything.
